Returns and Complaints Policy
Product Returns
If you are a consumer or a so-called privileged entrepreneur, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without stating a reason, within 30 days from the moment of receiving the product.

We will promptly confirm receipt of your declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

After receiving the goods, no later than within 14 days, we will refund the money to your account.
Please remember that some products, such as items with a short shelf life, are not returnable. For digital content, returns will not be possible after you have consented to immediate delivery of the product.

Complaints
For goods purchased from January 1, 2023, consumers and privileged entrepreneurs have the right to complain about non-conformity of the goods with the contract, which became apparent within 2 years from the date of delivery. These rules result from the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
For goods purchased before December 31, 2022, liability arises from the provisions on warranty for defects under the Civil Code.
In the case of digital content, we are responsible for its conformity with the contract, in accordance with applicable regulations.
