Order processing time

Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, we proceed with its preparation, securing, and dispatch. This process takes a maximum of 5 business days, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Delivery time depends on the carrier, type of shipment, and delivery address.

Please note that if you choose "bank transfer" as your payment method, order dispatch may take up to 5 business days. Shipment will only occur after the payment has been credited to our account.

To speed up the order processing, we encourage you to send proof of payment to our email address.
