Welcome to our shopping guide! To make your shopping experience easier, we have prepared a brief description of the product selection and purchase process.

Browsing the product catalog
On our website, you will find three main tabs: "backpacks", "bags" and "fanny packs". Each of them contains a wide selection of products in various designs. This way, you can easily find something that suits your style and needs.

Product selection
To see product details, simply click on the model you are interested in. On the product page, you will find all information regarding its features and available variants. Remember that many of our products come in the same designs, allowing you to create a unique set of accessories for your wardrobe.

Adding to cart
Once you find the perfect product, click the "Add to cart" button to add it to your shopping cart.

Reviewing the cart
To check the contents of your cart, click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page. Review the products you have selected and make sure everything meets your expectations.

Finalizing the purchase
If everything is correct, choose your preferred delivery method and payment method. Click the "Order" button and decide whether you want to log in to your JOYPAC store account or continue shopping without registration. If purchasing without registration, fill in the shipping details and confirm your order.

Purchase confirmation
After completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase and your order number.

Shipping and delivery
Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a message with information about the package dispatch and the tracking number.
